Unfired Kel-Tec RDB w/ MLOK Aluminum Handguard

Up for sale is an "As New" Kel-Tec Rifle, Downwards Ejecting, Bullpup (RDB) rifle that I recently won at SFRC's auction. The rifle appears to be unfired (other than factory proof round), with no wear or marks on the Feed Ramps. This may have been a store "Demo" rifle, handled some but never shot. I cannot say as it came to me without a story or a box, but quite obviously in new condition. I added the upgraded Kel-Tec Aluminum MLOK Handguard which really changes the feel of the rifle for the better in terms of solidity and heft. The Trigger press is actually pretty good, which is a rarity for a Bullpup design. Kel-Tec actually did a great job on the RDB's design, boasting the most simple operating system that I have ever seen in any semi-automatic, centerfire rifle. Obviously I cannot speak to this particular rifle's accuracy, but in general terms the RDB apparently delivers average performance of approximately 2 MOA with bulk 55gr ammo.

New, these rifles retail for just North of $1500. The MLOK Rail was a further $280 delivered, so the combined value is just under $1800. Despite the new condition, I will sell as "Used" (previously-owned) with a mark-down of 20%. The revised asking price is therefore $1450 plus actual shipping to the buyer's location. You save the cost of the Upgraded Handguard and the Tax on a new rifle. The RDB will ship with the first $100 of insurance coverage, however I recommend full insurance for your peace of mind in the event of loss, theft or damage to the rifle. In this case, full insurance will cost 13 x $2.75/$100 coverage = $35.75 for the additional $1300 of coverage. Remember that I cannot be held responsible for the package once it is handed off to Canada Post for delivery with signature, so insure accordingly!
