Type 38 Arisaka Carbine - Tokyo Artillery Arsenal

Hello folks,

For sale is my Type 38 Arisaka carbine from the Tokyo Artillery Arsenal before it was renamed and moved to the Kokira Arsenal.  No cracks in the stock and the bore is in excellent shape and is an early version of the rifle with 6 groove rifling.  The bolt does not match the rifle but is the correct bolt for the rifle.

Thr bluing is in ncie shape and has some wear but is minimal and gives the rifle a nice look.  The Chrysanthemum is scrubbed but some of the outline is still visible.  The rifle is chambered in 6.5x50 arisaka which is a light, easy to shoot round with minimal recoil.
