37xc Panda action Benchmark Barrel with Kelby chassis

Selling a brand new never fired “king of 2 mile” gun. Built on a panda 338 action with a 38 inch benchmark barrel. Selling everything needed as I have the reamers, dies and 100 brass that come with gun and case included. Have a magnetospeed that attaches to verify speeds on each shot. Can include or take out if deal. Will sell with scope and sphur rings for additional cost. I have test loads loaded but never got around to getting out. Asking price is for everything except scope and rings and will open to offers depending on what is to be included
