I have for sale a Lockhart Tactical Raven upper receiver, black, with 3D printed case deflector and side plate (from GunPost), as well as a 14.5" M4 profile Luthar 1-7 5.56 barrel installed with A2 flash hider, M4 handguards, A2 removable carry handle, carry handle picatinny mount, and a Bushnell optic, reminiscent of a Blackhawk Down configuration of M4. This also includes a Midwest Industries drop-in picatinny quad rail.
This does not include a BCG or charging handle, but is otherwise ready to drop onto your Raven lower, and is your responsibility to register appropriately. It does not require any licensing (or license verification) to purchase, however.
This upper is being sold as a package, and will not be split up - $1500 + shipping.
Shipping is not included, but will be via CanadaPost Expedited Post, insured for $100. Not particularly interested in trades at this time, unless it's for 9mm or .223 ammo.
