1934 Russian Mosin Nagant. This firearm was purchased app. 70 years ago by the previous owner in the local surplus store, along with others. For  the next 70 years, or so it was stored in his gun safe, never fired.

As with many rebuilt surplus rifles the serial numbers do not match. The bore is dull but shows rifling throughout. It is a very nice firearm in the world of surplus, the wood, metal and bluing are all near excellent. It has the cleaning rod, comes with ammo pouches and bayonet (tested, fits well)
