1898 KRAG BOLT ACTION MILITARY RIFLE. Cal. 30-40 Krag. Bbl. 30". Model 1901 ladder rear sight graduated to 2,000 yds. Blade front sight. 5-round rotary magazine. Walnut stock set. Boxed acceptance mark has been rendered illegible due to early restorative finish w/ added finish. Faint circled "P" proof under grip. Traces of white rack numbers stenciled on both sides of butt. Smooth trap buttplate. well worn stock set has handling marks. Good shiny bore.
