For sale is a Winchester model 1894 SRC (saddle ring carbine) chambered in 30 WCF (30-30 Win) manufactured in 1915. 724xxx serial number. A piece of WWI history!
20” barrel, blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u-notched ladder rear sight. Minor scuffs on the stock and minimal pitting on the metal, but great condition for its age. Bore is in great shape. I personally only fired 2 rounds of Remington Core Lokt 170gr through it, and will include the remaining 18 rounds with the sale.
Barrel is marked with crossed flags DCP (Dominion of Canda Proof mark). Roughly 5000 of these saddle ring carbines were acquired by the Royal Navy.
