This is a Springfield M1903 Mark I in near mint condition. Barrel dated Nov 1919 which matches serial number date. Metal parts in great condition with intact blue finish. Wood is also mint shape with proof mark on wrist and factory marks on left side. Those factory cartouches indicate possible arsenal refurb, which explains the like new condition. It’s a rare Mark I model so there is a cut on left side of the receiver to adapt Pederson sub caliber semi auto device. It has correct Mark I parts like special mag cutoff and trigger in slightly different shape. Comes with front sight protector and repro leather sling. It has been drilled and tapped on receiver for scope once and then plugged.  I haven’t shot it myself but action works very well. It’s not low serial 1903 so it should be safe to shoot. One of the best condition M1903 I ever seen. Bore is a bit dark but rifling still clear and strong. Details are shown in the Flicker album. Asking $2100, shipping on buyer if needed.
