Rifle is in very nice original configuration and condition, overall metal is blue is a conservative 75 - 85%. This rifle has been hunted and has seen some use, the wood is in good solid condition, with no chips, some bumps and bruises , as well as a couple extremely tight hairline cracks in the fore end that are very difficult to see. The fire blue on the loading gate is still very visible. 25-35 bores, when viewed, are typically not great, this rifle sports a very good bore with strong defined rifling and should make a very nice and accurate, performing rifle. Mechanically this rifle is sound and works as it was intended to. Factory letter confirmation.
