Mosin Nagant Tula 1931 ,Hex receiver,first year of the 91/30 and its a real 91/30  not a exdragoon (both are produced in 1931 at low number).Seat in a laminated stock, bolt/receiver matching  the floor plate don't match and the buttplate are unumbered.
