For Sale, your pick of ONE of my two K98 German/Portuguese Contract. Hard to find. I will be keeping the one that isn’t picked.
The darker stock has matching bayonet, selling for $4300 shipped.
The lighter coloured stock without bayonet for $4100 shipped.
Both rifles made in 1941, both are all matching numbers, walnut stocks, solid with some dents or marks as expected from handling. All original markings intact, appears to be untouched condition. Bluing is excellent with no rust or bits. The bores are excellent with strong rifling. Both rifles are in excellent condition. I have not fired them since they have been in my collection but all mechanisms cycle, close and cock perfectly. I don’t think these rifles were used much if at all with the condition they are in.
