Thinking of letting my 22-250 build go. Been a great rifle and shoots well but I have a 204 and 243 that are just more versatile.
Rifle started life as a weatherby Vanguard S2 Kings XK7 which sports a factory spiral fluted barrel with optional muzzle brake installed. Stock is dressed up in the Kings XK7 camo pattern and shoulders very nicely. Barrel is ceracoated in a nice burnt bronze while the bolt is coated black.
I installed the action and barrel into an MDT oryx chassis (black on black), has two piece bases installed but will not come with rings or optic. I have four magazines for the rifle that may be included depending on price agreed upon. Two MDT polymer 308 magazines and two MDT steel 22-250 specific magazines that have been lightly filed down to fit the Vanguard magwell. They feed incredibly well and are a nice snug fit.
Rifle has been a great shooter( sub moa with factory & handloads) since picking it up and has never had any issues, I just have to many rifles that all do the same thing and I quite like my 243 and 204 more.
Asking $1850 for the rifle as is with MDT oryx chassis installed and one magazine. I can also reinstall the rifle into the factory stock and if that is the case, I would sell it for $950.
No trades and no I will not ship. Cash in hand and proof of pal required.
