Page & Lewis Model D single shot 22 LR

First a little about the gun in general ,the model D was an entry level gun for junior shooters that had to be manually cocked, a desirable safety feature for youthful shooters as well as less expensive to make. This model was produced 1923-1928 with a 20 inch barrel.

Now what I know about this exact gun personally

The stock was cracked and repaired with a couple small homemade nails some time between now and the last 100 year this gun has been around. I had the nails removed and the stock properly pinned with a few small wooden dowels and all glued. Much better and not going anywhere.

I have fire 5 shots from this it's accurate shot at about 25 yards. Rifling is good and clean however there is a ring inside about 6 inches from the muzzle but doesn't seem to effect anything. Out of the 5 shots I did have 1 that got stuck wouldn't extract could of been the ammo or maybe needs a little polish in the chamber. I would rate the overall condition of this gun as good for it being 100 years old and mainly intact.

Gun is very light and comes with an attached leather sling.

Due to age gun will be 100% final sale.
