Winchester Model 1906 Serial # dates 1909 Read complete description

Pump action tube fed 22.

I will describe everything I know about this rifle to the best of my knowledge and pictures serve as part of the description.

Here i have a winchester Model 1906, shoots shorts long and long rifle 22. The safety is a quarter cock of the hammer.

The serial numbers match front to back section and it dates to be made in 1909.

Feeds fires and ejects as it should iv shot 4inch clays at about 35 yards no issue. However the bore is dark & worn, rifling is worn, it's has pits. Overall I would say the bore is poor.

It has a pin across the rear stock that was done at some point, some pitting on left side of receiver.

Over all its in pretty good shape bluing is a Brownish patina wood is in pretty good shape, 2 small screws missing 1 filler screw on top of bolt and the elevator screw which are both very minor and have no effect on its working. Like I mentioned before the bore is dark and worn, patchy in spots but it works mechanicly as it should. 

I did not get a photo of it but can get one if desired but the rifle breaks down into 2 pieces easily with a spin of the take down screw. 

Due to the age of the gun (115 years old) sale of this item will be final. I also recommend reading full description and asking any questions that you may have. 

Over all gun is in fair condition and works but I will be labeling in the ad as poor due to bore. You can get barrel liners to repair these if desired or can use as is up to the buyer.
