Reluctantly selling my MK-III Snider carbine. The package will include the rifle, a custom-made set of dies that fit a standard 7/8"-14 press, 2 shell holders( Explanation later) a LEE 2 cavity .600" round ball mold, a custom X-Ring single cav. .600" conical mold, a custom sizing/lubing die for the 450 Lyman and 20 pcs of brass: 10- Jamieson 2-N.D.F.S 8-Kynoch (Berdan primers converted to 209 shotgun primers) The second shell holder is drilled out to de-prime these cases. I was told this is a "Factory" conversion to carbine. Obviously re finished at some point in it's life as the wood is flawless and the metal shows no rust. The bore is dark with some pitting but has decent rifling, more than enough to spin the bullet. 1K + shipping. PS: The last pic is how I seat the 209 primers in the Kynoch cases: a small dia tube (Included) that fits in the case and a small vise.
