Selling a nice P14, Winchester manufacture, .303 British, matching receiver, bolt and buttplate (if anyone cares about the latter), mismatched aperture rearsight. Retains the flip up volley sight rear aperture and front volley dial which were mostly removed in trench warfare. Bore is quite good, lots of rifling, action smooth as with all of these. The stock is dark, with a crack on the topwood and many "love bumps". Has interesting markings on its buttdisk indicating some sort of issue in the 1930's, and a horizontal brass plaque affixed with other Roman numeral markings. I have seen similar with "SAU-CIE" which are Dutch Indonesian, and this is the same size and style of plaque, different markings but likely indicative of some sort of service in that part of the world.
These are not common, not super rare either, but very nice to find a matching one in serviceable condition which will also shoot well.
See the dropbox link for other photos.
EMT preferred, can do cash FTF in the BC Interior. PAL mandatory, will be verified. Thanks for looking. $1250 shipped.
