For sale is a Mossberg MVP in .308 with Weaver See-Thru rings and a Bausch and Lomb Balvar 8B 2.5-8x40mm scope, 2 x AR10 magazines, gun bag, and trigger lock, looking for $900 shipped for the package, price firm. The rifle has seen about 1200rds total between myself and the previous owner, never had any issues with it. The See-Thru rings allow you to still use the iron sights, just drop your face lower on the stock and you've got a good sight picture in case you don't want to use your scope. The scope is an older Bal-Var 8B 2.5-8x40mm scope, I picked the scope up relatively recently and mounted it with the intent of using it but didn't get around to actually doing so. The rifle is boresighted in its current setup but still needs to hit the range to get the zero dialed in. I've gotten about 2MOA with the rifle, but I'm not an amazing shot so that's likely on me. One magazine is a 10rd AR10 pistol magazine, and the other is a 5rd crimped 10rd AR10 rifle magazine. The rifle will also accept M14 magazines with zero modifications, just drop the AR10 magazine and pop in the M14 magazine and you're ready to go.
The rifle also has a 16" barrel with standard 5/8ths threads to accept a muzzle brake, although it comes with a flash hider. Lightweight, handy bush/hunting rifle just about perfect for most game out there. Only selling since I don't really go hunting much anymore and I don't have much use for it. Rifle is used but in good shape, 7.5+/10 shape, same for the scope.
