Remington 812 single shot 12 ga

I have a Remington 812 12 Ga single shot. It has a 30" barrel with full choke. Chamber is 2 3/4"
The metal was all professionally cerakoted with a brown finish, and the stock and handguard have a cool swirly finish.
The bore is pristine and the action and hammer are super strong.
The only issue is a little crack in the plastic at the bottom of the handguard close to the receiver.
