I have for sale a new Revolution Armory TRI-SS – Single Shot 3 Barrel Combo shotgun - 12, 20 and 410 ga, with custom Revolution Armory branded hard case for the entire combo.  It has walnut stocks with velvet sleeves for each component and tools provided.  
You have a choice of the 410ga-20″ barrel, 20ga-24″ barrel or 12ga-26″ barrel. There’s choke tubes available for each barrel with its own storage case.  
I am the first owner but haven’t fired this rifle.
