BC Miroku model 500 sxs , 12 ga 2¾ chamber with full/modified fixed chokes , 28" barrels. Bluing is worn off in some spots but theres no rust , stock has no cracks but is missing original butt plate , comes with rubber recoil pad and a allen ammo sleeve . I have the sling mounts just took them off . Locks up tight . Made in Kochi , Japan
