Dominion Arms Grizzly 12" with archangel stock

Good condition Dominion Arms Grizzly 12".  Has an aftermarket Archangel stock, pistol grip and fore end with a picatinny rail.  I've had this for about 5 years but only used it once.  It has some marks on it, but nothing is actually scratched.  

I also have an optics mount for it that i'm selling for $40.00.  (it's in one of the pics)
