I initially set up a transfer for a Vortex Spitfire and failed to send it, after which point I forgot to follow up with him to check in during the Christmas rush. In the week and a half following that, he had held onto it the entire time and was extremely polite despite my lack of communication and mistake surely costing him time.
Transfer went through, and I promptly received my scope in great condition, packed very well, and exactly as advertised with a little something extra thrown in, and he was in contact the whole time to make sure it all went smoothly.
