I didn't realize the product was being shipped from China as opposed to Markham, Ontario. That may have had an impact on whether I made the purchase or not. Product (optics) was taped over original box which made the unboxing less than optimal,
Fitz however was easy to deal with, prompt with communication and in the end....I am a satisfied customer who may do business with Fitz again as his pricing was fair. Not happy with packaging but product was thankfully not harmed during its journey...still going to give 5 stars.
