Just bought a 22 rifle and a 12g. Rene is exactly the guy you'd want to buy guns from. Kind, professional, no BS. The guns were old, but well restored. Do I expect them to be perfect? They're used! So no. But they were exactly want the description said they were. No surprises. Free locks and old travel cases. Even gave me couple shells for the 12g. If it wasn't for Covid would probably have wanted to take more time to hear a story or 2. Will look to him again when I'm in the market for another gun.

If you educate yourself on the product you're interested in, and ask appropriate questions regarding the products overall condition, you can't dock a seller for issues that are common with factory production of a given firearm. (Ie: poor fitment or forearm and stock on Marlin 336) or the odd sign of usage on used firearms. I found René honest, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will buy from him again!
The fore grip wand cracked in half on the semi automatic shotgun I was sold and at the end after asking for a 50$ back he says it's your baby thanks for the service if been is sales for years and not once didn't I say that to a customer at the end of the day there your bread and butter
I bought a older Lakefield .22LR off this gentleman about two weeks ago it had perfect bluing and a real nice new oil finish on the stock, made it look basically brand new. The rifle seems to feed rounds flawlessly and it came with a decent scope plus a sling. The item was well packaged and the gun was secure during shipping, took little over a week to get it. Only inconvenience I had was that the leather sling was torn badly and was hanging on just by a thread where it clips onto the gun. Other then that he's great guy to deal with ?
Very nice and professional man, shipped my Cooey model 60 to me in no time. It arrived unbroken and ready to fire with a nice thin coat of oil on all parts. Also it was in fantastic shape considering the age (40 years at a minimum) I would definitely buy from him again
