I took a drive down this morning and picked up my gun. This was a very pleasant little shop to visit and deal with,the service,attitude and customer service was A++++. I have worked in the business and dealt with a lot of different little shops in Eastern Ontario and none,none has been as friendly and customer oreinted than these peopel. I will be going back to buy from them.Thank you for everything. A+++++++ A lot of the smaller shops in the Ottawa area could learn from these people.
Terrible service, I was lied to on more than one occasion. This is a business, not an individual, and the only thing they did well was deposit the EMT I sent, after that it was all down hill. I gave them 1 star because I had to in order to post this review, I would have given them a negative star rating if that was an option.
