Comes with everything shown.    Binoculars, hard carry case, soft bag, cleaning cloth, Deluxe Bino Harness, Two other Straps, lens covers from the Objective lenses, registration card, and its original box.    The only thing it doesn't have is lens covers for the eye end.

Excellent condition - never used.    I bought these binoculars a number of years ago, and forgot I had them (until recently).    I took them outside to try them out for the first time just prior to writing this listing.    They are really good!   If I didn't already have good binoculars, I'd keep them.    The fact I never used them, and forgot about them, is because I already have all the binoculars I can use!

Someone is going to be very happy with these.   They are not your average Bushnell binoculars!
