Wanted: Yugoslavian PN 5x80 Night Vision Scope

I'm looking for a Yugoslavian PN 5x80 passive night vision scope in working condition preferably with transport case and accessories. These usually have a proprietary Yugoslavian scope base attached to them, usually the one pictured (photo 1) which is intended for the M76 and M70 side rails.

They are usually marked either "7.62" or "7.9" indicating what cartridge they are calibrated to, the former being used on the M70 and the latter on the M76.
