Vintage HAKKO 4x-12x40 scopes JAPAN

Price is for one. I have two scopes selling for a friend who is unable to remember anything about these. From internet they are a higher end Japanese scope. One person told me these are for air rifle, and I read that HAKKO made the “Beeman” scopes.

1/4 MOA turrets, moving image. Coated optics, turrets smooth, zoom smooth, clear. 

They are 39cm and 515 grams (15 3/8”). 
Please anyone who knows about these write. I guessed the price and will lower if they do not sell. Price is for one. I avoid bargaining and instead lower prices until sold.
