Multi cam plate carrier no plates

This is for a multi cam plate carrier takes 10 x 12 plates I think .very adjustable.. brand new I tried it on but never wore it ..plates are not included... If I wasn't such a fat plum I'd keep it ..it seems great quality the Velcro is very strong...has pouches across front and molle loops all over to add pouches
