Undercover police vest

Police issued undercover bulletproof vest, was issued but never saw duty.  Been in a closet from heat and sunlight, was always stored in a bag.  Adjustable straps, this is the style and meant to be worn under your clothes.  Plates are nylon woven kevlar, 4 plates total it has two in the front and two in the back 

asking 550, or willing to trade for ….. ??? Try your trades also willing to trade up and add cash for something that appeals to my eye as well.
