NIJ Certified IIIA Vest/Plate Carrier Body Armour

Selling my small-medium sized IIIA certified vest/plate carrier. Fits 8x10 and 5x8 plates. Certified to stop all common pistols threats up to 44 magnum even without plates. Worn once by myself. Proof of PAL may be required depending on buyers home province.
