Selling savage 99 in 300 savage 24 inch barrel open sights serial #504496 bluing on receiver and barrel and the rear and front stocks are in very good condition except the dark spots on the rear stock (see pictures ) has cartridge counter holds 5

A nice Savage EG 300 made in 1945 the last year made in Utica New York. It is the early Savage 99 that was not pre drilled for scope mounts. One slight mark on receiver 98% finish remaining. Shipping available.

I will post more info soon. Still has rifling but has been shot a good number of times in its life. In beautiful condition. Needs rear site ramp. Stock in great condition no cracks. 
 

This rifle is in very good to excellent condition.  The gun has the brass counter on the receiver.  The serial number indicates it was made in 1914. This rifle is a 3 piece takedown and has a Lyman peep site.
