Green scales (more OD green), back then these came in Black, green and Red.

This is an original World War I German Navy sword. It is in fair condition. I believe this sword was manufactured later in the war because it has a cheaper celluloid grip that has deteriorated.

This is a nice example of a WWI German navy sword. It has both glass eyes on the lion's head hilt. They are green and red to represent port and starboard. The sword sheaths decently, but it is a tight fit, owing to the shrinking of the leather.
