"TRADES CONSIDERED" Vintage Tru Edge Ontario Knife Co. "Old Hickory" Hunting Kit With Ulu, Honing Steel and Knife Roll

I describe this vintage hunting kit as a "folk" piece for lack of a better term. It is unique and has a lot of character.
It consists of three (3) knives, one (1) Ulu, one (1) honing/sharpening steel , one (1) handmade leather sheath and one (1) modern waxed canvas knife roll.
The knives in this kit are all Tru Edge Ontario Knife Co. "farmhouse" heritage style knives from the 1960s. These knives with their high-carbon steel blades (1095) were known for durability and holding a sharp edge.
They are also known as "Old Hickory" due to their hickory wood handles. The knives are in good to very good condition.
The "Slicer" knife has a hand-wrapped leather handle with brass studs, is 12 1/2" overall length with a 8" blade. It has a hand-made sheath.
The "Fillet" knife has had its handle hand-wrapped with leather strips, is 11" in overall length with a 6" blade.
The "Butcher" knife has had its handle hand-wrapped with leather strips, is 12" in overall length and has a 7" blade.
The "Ulu" has a wooden handle that has been hand-wrapped with leather strips, is 8" across and about 5 1/2" high. I would date this Ulu to about the 1960s.
The sharpening/honing steel is a Sheffield England with a bone handle and I would date this to the 1950s/1960s.
The waxed canvas knife roll is more modern with a leather wrap tie.
$395.00 includes shipping, flat box rate with tracking via Canada Post.
Trades considered on this posting or in combination with the other vintage knives I have posted...I also have other vintage knives not listed yet.
