IBI spiral 30cal barrel

I have an IBI stainless barrel blank in 30cal. 1-11.25 twist. Spiral fluted , I was gonna build a 20-22 inch hunting rifle but plans have changed. Measurements are in the pictures. Shank diameter is 1.250 and length is 3 inches.at the end of the spiral flutes the diameter is 0.70 inch.
