3rd leg forms a tripod to mount your spotting scope- works well, and a fraction of the weight of a traditional tripod. 

Ordered these from kramerdesignscorp.com in Montana, and spent over $420 to get this to my door.  It is a great piece of kit.  Used this while sheep hunting, is super lightweight, and an awesome design.  Don’t sheep hunt much anymore, and that is the only reason I’m selling.
