3d printed sulun arms ss-211 upgraded, tactical handguard. Fits on the gun without adjustments, using oem hardware. Adds 3 picatinny rails at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. Assists with better and more comfortable grip, light and accessory installation. For example, using a Magpul afg1 with cut off side wings makes reloading, recoil handling and finger safety much better than original handguard. All rails tested with multiple Magpul and fab defence attachments for fitment and up to spec dimensions. Printed with tough pla at 100% infill, rated for 46 MPa of tensile and 95 MPa bending strength will withstand a lot of use and abuse. Tested with 600 total rounds from both barrels, no melting, cracking or structural damage. Designed and tested on 5 shotguns, no adjustments required for installation, takes 3 minutes to switch from oem handguard.

This is my design, previously posted on canadaguns subreddit, and after received quite a few messages regarding selling these, I finalized the product. Weights 310 grams. Will be printed to order, lead time will be required, as these take 40 hours to print each, but I have a few high quality printers, thus can increase production. Shipping via Canada post prepaid boxes, on top of the price. Minor clean up of support structures with sandpaper, knife blade or any straight metal object will make it look even better. For installation you only need a flat head screwdriver and a hex socket

Although it is a quality printed and tested part, please, do not expose it to open fire, high heat and heavy/high impacts/drops. It is not connected in any way to the firing mechanism and doesn’t alter safety or fcg of the firearm, any injuries, death etc, will be responsibility of the user.
