This is an antique Remington Smoot No.2 single action revolver chambered in .32 rimfire. This has a 2-3/4” octagon barrel with a barrel rib that has clear lettering and a cartridge ejector on the right side. The No.2 has a 5 shot fluted cylinder. This revolver retains over 95% original finish. The grips are in very fine condition with a minor amount of wear on the left grip panel. Mechanically in very fine condition with proper timing and lockup.
Remington produced approximately 20000 Smoot No.2’s between 1878 and 1888.
