Remington Rider in 31 Percussion. 3" barrel , shot. Mushroom style cylinder. Very rare as only 2000 were produced between the tumultuous years of 1860-1873! This would have been ultra concealed carry back before cartridges were mainstream and would have been about 1/3 the size of a Colt 1849 31 cal. This revolver is very compact as shown in the $20 bill comparison photo. The action on this piece functions excellent in single and double action. Half and full cock work excellent. Timing and lockup are excellent as well, lockup is very solid. Cylinder nipples are in good shape and all clear. Original grips each have a small piece missing at the bottom. Retention cylinder pin stays in place well. Overall great hard to find early pocket revolver! Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own. Will include an RCMP FRT printout showing antique status in Canada. $1095 includes Free Shipping. If you have any questions or need more pictures or video please feel free to ask.
