Hood Firearms Company Model Robin Hood in 38 Rimfire, 2.75" barrel 5 shot. Very unique model name! Manufactured prior to 1882, these compact spur trigger revolvers were great concealed carry protection. Half cock not present, full cock holds well. If hammer is pulled quickly then timing is excellent on 4 chambers and slightly off on one, if hammer is pulled slow then timing falls short a bit. Lockup is good, has some fore/aft movement. Bore and cylinder walls rate good for a vintage rimfire. Original grips, right panel has repaired cracks and small chip. Cylinder pin seems to be non original as fit is bit small. Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own. Will include an RCMP FRT printout showing antique status in Canada. $525 includes Free Shipping.
