Tranter Type Revolver, 455, Great Accessories

Robert S Garden Tranter Type Revolver in 450/455 Webley. 4" barrel, 6 shot. 455 Webley fits and cycles excellent. R S GARDEN was located at 29 Piccadilly London between 1862-1877, they manufactured/distrubuted swords and firearms. Action functions excellent in single and double action. Half and full cock work well. Timing and lockup are good. Loading gate spring has good tension. May have had an extractor rod at one point on side. Original checkered grips are in great shape. Nice original engraved design throughout the exterior. Bore shows wear/pitting common to a revolver of this vintage. Overall a nice example from a seldom seen manufacturer/distributor. Comes with some great accessories!: New Lee 455 die set, 24 new 455 brass and 24 lead. Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own.
