1944 DOU MAUSER SWAP or TRADE $600

1944 Mauser K98   , Captured by somebody-some emblems removed

May be Israeli or Ethiopian resale

Numbers mis-matched,although receiver and floor plate look to be same #

Stock has finger grooves in fore-end,and upside down or backwards "u" router ed into butt-stock

Metal cup on butt-stock ,slight rust pits

Stock is in fairly good condition,can't see any cracks.

Top fore-stock is mismatched,and have no barrel bands

Chamber looks like 8x57,although I have'nt measured --should be checked by gunsmith

Rifling and bore look good

Barrel and receiver have a green-ish phosphate coating, good condition-no rust

Bolt has a straight handle,works smoothly in receiver.
