I have for sale a Savage Axis in .243 cal. A terrific accurate shooting rifle. Read any online form and find out the issues of this rifle. Flimsy cheap stock, horrible heavy trigger, bolt handle that don't clear the scope during ejecting spent round, and poor optics.
I've added the Boyd's laminate stock, a Rifle Basix Trigger and Glades Armory bolt handle and knob, which will clear any scope with low rings, Weaver rail, 3 magazine to go with as well. No optics included. Built for my son hoping he'd get into deer hunting but doesn't have the interest in it anymore so it up for grabs.
