No, this is not prohibited.
Bought from Cabela's Edmonton North's used gun wall in 2022, then immediately cleaned/oiled and stored until Feb 2024 and shot 30 rounds to check if it works (It works). Cleaned again and in storage since.
Comes with 1x 8 round magazine, 2x 10 round magazine (Magazines alone are rare these days)
You can see some degradation on wooden part, but no deep scars that penetrated through varnish.
Scratch near the end the of barrel that was there before I purchased.
I would grade this VG~GOOD+ condition.
Reason for selling: Downsizing my collection, and this was at the bottom of the 'keeper list'.
