This is a modified Mauser model 96 in 7mm08. I built a cock on open for it (not the crabby brownells system) installed a Talley safety, installed a new bolt handle, jeweled the bolt, built a light weight stock with schnable out of Oregon black walnut, checkered 24 lines per inch, steel grip cap, Douglas air gauged barrel, barrel band sling swivel on the front and NECG swivel on the butt, and Leopold rings and bases.
