Custom Stainless Winchester Model 70 CLASSIC stainless
Early to mid 1990's mfg. Low six digit serial number.
This is a total custom built in the mid 2000's by John and Isaac Gallagher from U.S.A.
Fluted and skeletonized CRF action, tuned old style trigger, 24 inch Lothar Walther barrel, Basner/Hi tech specialties stock that is glass bedded. Talley lightweight rings.
Bare weight of the rifle is 6 pounds 10 ounces, and the LOP is 13 1/2 inches. I do not know what twist rate the barrel is. The rifle shoots factory Hornady precision hunter 162 grain eldx into 3/4" groups at 100 meters, Federal 155 grain terminal ascent into 1" groups at 100 meters. The rifle has less than 100 rounds thru it since it was built.
Scope is not included.
