Churchill gun makers .243 win Mauser action.

This is a Churchhill gun makers .243 win Mauser action rifle. Not too much information could be provided for this rifle, Other than I was told, it was valued by a gunsmith at approximately $900. 
Shoots very well But hasn’t had much use over the last couple of years. Has a basic scope mounted on it. The stock on the rifle was custom-made to the previous owner, but has stood up well.
