Custom Rem 700 barreled action in .223

I have for sale a Rem 700 barreled action in .223 Rem . The action has been trued and I believe it was a police model. The barrel is a Krieger  1 in 7” twist in a Rem Varmint contour. The finished length is 25” and has a recessed target crown. I purchased this rifle on CGN and it has under 300 rounds through it. Only reason I am selling is I bought a .223 Tikka T3 . The purchase price of $1350+shipping includes the Ken Farrell 20MOA($150) base.
