Tikka t3x varmint 7mm

Tikka t3x varmint in 7mm rem mag. Had for 2 years but it's still in very good new condition only shot 83 rounds out of it. Has a couple scratches and minor blemishes but hardly noticeable. Always cleaned and oiled after every use. Still have the original owners manual. 1700 for a package deal with the scope and rings. Talley lightweight 1 piece rings with a vortex diamondback hp 4-16x42 bdc still have original packaging for scope as well. 1325 for just the riffle and rings. No trades and no shipping.
