Marlin Lever Action; Model 39A ; .22 Take down rifle

1250.00 OBO;  Not sure the year; It was a gifted to me. Does need some TLC as reflected in the price I am asking. Other than that; is in quite good condition. I Never used it much; but I found that spent round sometimes will not eject; and live rounds sometime miss fire.. Likely an easy fix for someone in the Know.
